What the Exclusive Parking Bay sign means
A bay outlined in yellow with letters inside a yellow oval. The letters tell you who may use it — unless your vehicle or your situation matches, you may not park there or even stop.
What you must do
Read the oval before you switch off the engine. In a loading zone (L) the bay is open to a goods vehicle, and also to a motorcycle, motor tricycle or motor quadrucycle designed or adapted to convey goods — but to nothing else, and only for as long as loading reasonably takes. A B bay is for a bus and an MB bay is for a minibus; they are not interchangeable.
